    {Baghdad: Al Furat News} The Iraqi General Company for Exhibitions and Commercial Services, one of the formations of the Ministry of Trade, announced today, Sunday, the exclusion of food, agricultural and medical materials entering Iraq from the conditions of the import license.
    The Director General of the Iraqi General Company for Exhibitions and Commercial Services, Sarmad Taha Saeed, said in a statement to the ministry that it was "decided that a special exception is made for medical, food and agricultural materials from the terms of the license", noting that "this came on the basis of Diwaniyah (64) of the formed committee, which is headed by Hamid Al-Ghazi The Secretary General of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers has given the exceptional circumstances that the country is going through and the state of curfews during the days of the prohibition and all of the country's provinces. "                                   
    He added, "The General Company for Exhibitions announced that the Iraqi commercial services exclude temporarily food, agricultural, medical and pharmaceutical materials from the condition of an import license specified in the Customs Law."
    Saeed stressed that "the companies and scientific offices that import the above materials have an import identity issued by the Iraqi General Company for Exhibitions and Commercial Services, a window provided that the wages for the import license are met by the customs directorate of the border outlet, in implementation of the directives of the Minister of Trade, Dr. Muhammad Hashem Al-Ani."
    He continued, "Executing what came in the crisis cell meeting and facilitating the entry of basic goods in order to provide them and control them for the urgent need, and lack of scarcity from the markets and to miss the opportunity for the weak souls to exploit, limit, control and at their prices, which supervises a delegation of employees of the ministry in the field on the process of entering goods in Under the current circumstance, and that there are field teams from the Trade and Financial Control Department of our ministry in coordination with the agencies of the Ministry of Interior and National Security, they conduct daily inspection tours of markets and warehouses in Baghdad and the provinces to ensure the integrity of the materials and to verify their prices, quality, and suitability for Human consumption. "
