The Parliamentary Integrity Committee proposed, on Monday, two solutions to address the file of tax evasion at the border crossings.
A member of the Parliamentary Integrity Committee, Sabah Tolobi, explained that "ending the issue of tax evasion is very easy, and it can be resolved through two points.
He added, "The Ministry of Interior has the ability and capabilities to control the goods inside Iraq and the mechanism of entry of goods into Iraq," noting that "this matter is borne by the central government, as it is the supervising and responsible authority for these matters."
Tolobi stressed, "The import of goods is based on the issue of buying foreign currency, and that the currency market can determine the goods that can be bought and the goods that enter the country and their percentage of taxes." Ended 29 / h
