Jaafary, Maliki discuss nominating candidate for President Post

Baghdad (AIN) –The head of the Iraqi National Alliance, Ibraheem al-Jaafary, and the Prime Minister, Nouri al-Maliki, discuss the current political talks among the political sides to choose a candidate for the President post within the constitutional timelines.
A statement by Jaafary's office received by All Iraq News Agency cited "Jaafary received Maliki at his office in Baghdad on Sunday."
"Both sides discussed the updates of the security situation in Iraq and the necessity of escalating the military attacks against terrorist groups," the statement concluded. /End/
