, Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi chaired, on Thursday, the fiftieth regular session of the Council of Ministers, in which the developments of events in the country were discussed, topics on the agenda were discussed, and the necessary decisions and recommendations were issued.

He referred to the reform white paper, which provided a lot of financial returns to the state, and received the approval of many national sectors in industry and agriculture and in maximizing state revenues and cash reserves, as it provided more than 12 billion dollars from the reserves of the Central Bank of Iraq, and raised the global credit rating of Iraq internationally, on the Despite the difficult conditions that Iraq witnessed due to the Corona pandemic and the collapse of oil prices.
The Prime Minister affirmed that the government succeeded, within a short period, in Iraq regaining much of its regional and international, Arab and Islamic role, improving Iraq's foreign relations, and embracing more than one meeting of brothers, friends and neighbors in Baghdad, and succeeded in moistening the atmosphere regionally, and thanks to its foreign policy it succeeded To spare the region the effects of a war that could be devastating to Iraq and the region.
He touched on the government's effort to confront the Corona pandemic, even though this crisis is an international crisis, and to provide the best vaccines for the Iraqi people, and its continuation to employ the best companies to work in this field.
He reviewed the government's efforts in the field of energy, as it worked for the first time to rely on clean energy, and signed several contracts with companies specialized in alternative energy and clean energy such as solar energy; To be an opportunity to adapt to the changes of the times.
And Al-Kazemi indicated that there are some challenges that the government has not succeeded in overcoming, due to economic conditions, as well as due to political conditions, and he stressed that the current government will present a paper to the next government on measures through which it can benefit from our experience regarding some difficult challenges.

Al-Kazemi praised the great achievements of the heroic Iraqi army, and the rest of the security forces from the Counter-Terrorism Service, the Popular Mobilization, the Peshmerga and the Federal Police, and their ability to kill many heads and leaders of terrorist remnants and the important elements in these groups.
The Cabinet session witnessed a review of the epidemiological report, the measures taken to confront the Corona pandemic, and the developments of the work of the Committee to Strengthen Government Actions in the areas of prevention and health awareness control; To limit the spread of the virus, and the necessary government preparations to confront the developments of the pandemic, and to provide the required supplies.

That the investing company establishes a company specialized in marketing to provide investment opportunities that would attract industrial consumers in the field of medium and heavy industries; In order to reduce the Ministry of Finance’s responsibilities in providing energy purchase costs on the one hand, and providing stability and sustainability in energy savings on the other hand, which would improve the reality of industrial investment and reduce the great waste of state resources resulting from small power stations operating with expensive gas oil fuels, as well as Other environmental damages, provided that the aforementioned specialized company operates for one year before starting the operation of the second phase, and its work continues for two years after operation; For the purpose of managing the above-mentioned activities for all targeted areas of the expansion project, which provide stable electrical energy at cheap costs.
B. The investing company shall prepare no less than (100,000) one hundred thousand meters (according to the specifications of the Ministry of Electricity) and no more than (150000) one hundred and fifty thousand smart meters, with their installation in the places determined by the Ministry of Electricity for the areas of family and industrial consumption, and training the technical and engineering personnel necessary to secure an adequate ratio of revenue and wages; To reduce the size of the responsibilities of the Ministry of Finance and the mandatory start of collection procedures by the concerned ministry according to a specific program to enhance revenues.
2. The investor installs production discharge systems (OHL) from the second phase at his own expense, including secondary stations and power transmission lines in a manner that secures the discharge of the entire product to the national network of the
