He said: "The security services today are facing a test. Either they will reveal who are behind the black rooms that plot the plots of Tripoli, or they are participating, if indirectly, in this conspiracy, given that the security dealings with young people is one of the reasons that made them flee."
He continued, "I blame the security services and the Lebanese government and its head, Prime Minister Najib Mikati, the son of Tripoli, who did not give priority to this file," wondering about "the role of Tripoli's representatives and Dar Al-Fatwa in everything that is going on."
"Mawazine News" spoke to a Lebanese source familiar with the files of young men who joined ISIS in Iraq, and the source, who preferred not to reveal his name, said, "There are groups that exploit young men who have security files, as well as those who do not work in Tripoli, to recruit them and send them to Iraq, under the pretext of providing Salaries run into thousands of dollars.

He points out, "The organizations are taking advantage of the economic crisis in Lebanon, recruiting them and sending them to Iraq, and most of the young men are the ones who have security files, as well as the poor."
