The Cabinet approved, on Tuesday, the Haditha oil refinery project, while discussing the construction of a parallel road to Shatt Al-Arab to combat drugs.
The council's spokesman and Minister of Culture, Hassan Nazim, said in a press conference attended by / Mawazine News / that "the cabinet discussed the construction of a coastal road parallel to the Shatt al-Arab with a length of 95 km," noting that "the road will have a security aspect that contributes to combating drug smuggling."
He added, "The Council of Ministers agreed to implement the Haditha oil refinery project to increase and improve production," noting that "Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi recommended that the ministers focus on their work without interfering with political issues."
He pointed out, "The security challenges are trying to destabilize the lives of citizens," explaining that "the Prime Minister offered his condolences to the two martyrs, Judge Ahmed Faisal Al-Saadi and Major Hossam Al-Alawi, who were assassinated." Ended 29 / h
