Earth News/ The Deputy Speaker of the Kurdistan Parliament, Hemin Hawrami, announced that the efforts that were made to bridge the views of the political parties on the parliamentary elections did not produce a significant result, ruling out the possibility of holding them on time even if all parties agreed.
