The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, the Council decided to approve the insurance money for (15) University novel in the form of an advance.
showed Affairs Department of the Council of Ministers, the Council agreed to secure an amount of thirty billion dinars for universities developed and by two billion dinars each university, and the amount on the form of an advance from the allocations reserve account of emergency in 2014 are settled later when issuing budget bill for the current fiscal year.
added the department that the amounts are run by making transfers and determine the grades for each University.
included the decision that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to stop the development of any University Currently, the new Balasthaddathat seen when discussing the budget estimates for 2016.
