    The delegation of the Kurdistan Region Tourism Authority headed by Mrs. “Amal Jalal” participated this evening, Saturday (25/2/2023), in the works of (the Sixth Iraqi Tourism Forum), which was organized under the auspices of the Iraqi Prime Minister, “Muhammad Shayaa Al-Sudani” on the land of the city (Sinbad Land) in Baghdad.[/size]
    [size=45]The head of the delegation of the Kurdistan Region Tourism Authority during the forum, which was attended by Mr. Bakhtiar Haji, Director General of Relations and Follow-up Affairs in the representative of the Kurdistan Regional Government in Baghdad, delivered a speech that began with thanks and appreciation to the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Antiquities / Tourism Authority by inviting the Kurdistan Region Tourism Authority to participate in the forum.[/size]
    [size=45]Mrs. Amal Jalal touched on the importance of the tourism sector, stressing the intention of her commission to commit to cooperation and joint work with the private sector represented by tourism companies and facilities in order to revive the tourism sector in the Kurdistan Region and Iraq in general.[/size]
    [size=45]She also stressed the need to overcome all obstacles and challenges that impede the work of the tourism sector, for the purpose of making Iraq a destination for millions of tourists from countries of the world, calling on Iraqi tourism companies to attract foreign tourists from outside the country.[/size]
    [size=45]At the end of her speech, the head of the Kurdistan Region Tourism Authority stressed that the mountains and waterfalls of Kurdistan, its fresh springs and its civilization, as well as desert tourism in the western regions of Iraq, religious and archaeological in the south, open their arms to all Iraqis and those wishing to find new tourism experiences such as winter tourism, mountaineering and others.
