    Today, Saturday, the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs counted the number of respondents within its major campaign to include social protection, while confirming that the date for issuing a new meal for those covered by the social protection salary is subject to the approval of the budget.
    The ministry's spokesman, Najm Al-Aqabi, said, "The social research process continues, and more than 300,000 families in Baghdad and the provinces were searched," pointing out that, "The ministry targets about one million and 700,000 families who are eligible to be covered by social protection."
    Al-Aqabi added, "The date for issuing a new meal with the names of those covered by the social protection salary depends on the approval of the budget and the funds allocated during this year."
    With regard to vehicles for people with disabilities, he explained that "there is a paragraph in the Law No. 38 of 2013 on Caring for Persons with Disabilities and Special Needs that allows the import of cars for this category and that they are within the conforming specifications, that is, they are suitable for the same person with a disability."
