The US Embassy in Baghdad announced the opening of applications for the Hubert Humphrey Fellowship Program until June 20, 2023.

The embassy stated in a statement, which “NAS” received a copy of, (April 22, 2023), that “this program aims to send professionals who are in the middle of their career to spend a year in the United States for the purpose of professional and leadership development.”
