[size=52]The Iraqi Stock Exchange trades more than 9 billion shares in a week[/size]
[size=45]During the second week of August 2023, the Iraq Stock Exchange organized five trading sessions, from Sunday 08/06/2023 to Thursday 08/10/2023.[/size]
[size=45]According to a market statement; The number of shares traded during this week amounted to more than (9) billion shares, while the value of shares traded this week amounted to more than (6) billion dinars.[/size]
[size=45]The statement indicated that the trading index in the market for the first session of the week closed at (723.32) points, while the index closed at the end of the week at (767.97) points, achieving an increase of (5.81%) from its closing at the beginning of the session.[/size]
[size=45]He pointed out that during the week, more than (4900) buying and selling contracts were executed on the shares of companies listed in the market.[/size]
