    The head of the commission’s media team, Imad Jamil, told “Baghdad Today” that “Article 41 of Law No. 36 of 2015 of the Parties Law stipulates: (The party must refrain from the following: Firstly, accepting in-kind or cash money from any party or association Or an organization, person, or any foreign entity, except with the approval of the Department of Parties Affairs, the procedures through the application of Article Three of the procedures for monitoring and evaluating political parties No. 7 of 2017).
    And he indicated that the law "gives the right to the employees of the Department of Parties to form teams that conduct field visits to the headquarters of the main and subsidiary political parties to see the extent of the political party's commitment to implementing the provisions of the law and instructions by examining all the existing records specified by the law at the political party's headquarters, including the financial records that prove all financial imports.
    Jamil added, “Article 2 (39-Third-Fourth) of the Political Parties Law, which stipulates that the party submits an annual report on its accounts prepared by a licensed chartered accountant’s office and submits its report to the Office of Financial Supervision, and the fourth paragraph / therefore stipulates that the Bureau of Financial Supervision be submitted Its final report from the financial conditions of the parties to the House of Representatives and the Parties Department, and through these final accounts or the financial report, as it shows the maximization of the financial revenues of any party.
    And he stated that "the bank account statements of the party are organized records of accounts that include revenues and expenditures, and by checking these records they appear to the auditor (the Bureau of Financial Supervision), and that the party's revenues and money that entered the party, this article is applied through the procedures that mentioned the penalty for those who violate this article And whoever is behind the text of applying Article No. 39 higher, according to Article 45 first of Law No. 36 of 2015, the Political Parties Law, which stipulates the cessation of financial aid to any party in one of the cases, he violated the provisions of Article 39 of this law, and this was proven by the report of the Office of Financial Supervision. .
    The head of the media team of the Electoral Commission concluded by saying that "in the event that the funds are personal to the party leader or the founding members, they appear through the financial disclosure statement that is submitted to the Integrity Commission / Prevention Department on an annual basis and is transferred through the Party Affairs Department to the commission, where the taxpayer discloses the financial disclosure (The heads of the parties and members of the founding body of the parties in accordance with the Integrity Commission Law, and to win Project No. 30 of 2011 (Item 1 of Article 16) must submit a statement of financial liability.
