    [rtl]Baghdad-Iraq today:[/rtl]
    [rtl]A government spokesman, Basem Al-Awadi, revealed the procedures applied against 76 general managers, whom the Council of Ministers voted today to evaluate them as part of the second round of the evaluation committee's work.[/rtl]
    [rtl]Al-Awadi said in a press statement, "Today's cabinet session lasted 4 hours and dealt with the basic and additional agenda, which included voting on the results of the evaluation of the second batch of general managers, which included 76 general managers between authenticity and agency."

     

    And he added, "3 of the general managers (Asala) were transferred to a lower degree or referred to retirement, and 12 of the acting general managers are running businesses whose assignment was issued to be terminated, 3 general managers (Asala) were issued with a rotation order, and a general manager who was transferred to another ministry and 57 other directors.” (Asala and Wakala) They were ordered to be re-evaluated after 6 months due to their mediocre performance according to the current evaluation, and they were given another opportunity to improve their performance.

    And he continued, "The Prime Minister appreciated, after voting on the evaluation, the efforts of the general managers, whose evaluations were high within the second batch, and a decision was issued to honor them with the Excellence Shield from the Prime Minister's Office. "

     

    He pointed out, "The evaluation decision also included the formation of the Institutional Performance Evaluation Department in each ministry, as well as the preparation of programs to raise the capabilities of administrative leaders, including general managers and heads of departments, and a third decision to establish the Iraqi Center for Government Excellence to be a practical reference for following up and developing government performance standards.”[/rtl]
