    [rtl]Baghdad - Iraq Today:

    Member of the Security and Defense Committee, Hussein Al-Amiri, confirmed that by the end of the current year 2024, there will be no foreign forces remaining inside Iraq.[/rtl]

    [rtl]Member of the Security and Defense Committee, Hussein Al-Amiri, said in a press interview that, “According to information from the Iraqi Ministry of Defense, there are approximately 112,000 foreign soldiers in foreign bases in Iraq.”[/rtl]
    [rtl]Al-Amiri adds, “The Prime Minister formed a committee by the security ministries and the Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee regarding preparing a program to remove all American and non-American coalition forces from Iraqi territory.” Stressing, "By the end of 2024, all foreign forces will be removed from Iraq."[/rtl]
    [rtl]While a previous interview by Al-Sudani, which came during his meeting with the Spanish Prime Minister, Pedro Sanchez, confirmed that “the government is in the process of rearranging the relationship in light of capable Iraqi forces,” stressing that it is “proceeding Towards ending the presence of the coalition forces, which includes security advisors who support the security forces in areas Training, advice and intelligence cooperation.[/rtl]
