Today, Friday, the Ministry of Agriculture announced that its procedures and health conditions are strict for importing livestock from exporting countries
Director General of the Veterinary Department in the Ministry of Agriculture, Thamer Habib, said, “The meat and livestock imported and entering Iraq are of high quality and of very pure breeds and from countries that have health agreements with Iraq regarding veterinary conditions for livestock and poultry.”
He stressed that "Iraqi veterinary control is strict in terms of its selection and entry of livestock, poultry and meat into Iraq."
