He added, "The report focuses on understanding the risks of money laundering and terrorist financing, and the effectiveness of implementing measures to combat these crimes, including international cooperation, confiscation of criminal proceeds, and investigation and prosecution procedures."
The statement continued, "On this occasion, we address the Prime Minister[url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/entity/1199849658/%D9%85%D8%AD%D9%85%D8%AF %D8%B4%D9%8A%D8%A7%D8%B9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B3%D9%88%D8%AF%D8%A7%D9%86%D9%8A/ar/]Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani[/url]The Chairman of the Judicial Council, Faiq Zaidan, extends our sincere thanks for the support they provided to the evaluation process, as well as the members of the Anti-Money Laundering Council, its office, and all judicial and governmental bodies and the Central Bank formations that contributed and worked over the past two years to provide the evaluation requirements in a way that reflects the real reality of the effective judicial and government procedures in developing the anti-money laundering and financing system.
