Voice of the House of Representatives the usual twenty-third in its session held under the chairmanship of Sheikh Hamoudi, First Deputy Chairman of the Board and in the presence of 192 deputy on Wednesday 16/9/2015, to combat money laundering and terrorism financing law.

At the outset of the session MP Hamid vegetative read out a statement which condemned the Israeli attacks on Al-Aqsa Mosque, pointing out that the continuation of these violations and exposure to the sanctities is a flagrant violation of international norms and a provocation to the feelings of Muslims.

It pointed out that the Zionist violations places the United Nations and the League of Arab States and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in front of a real test of the extent of its commitment to protect the holy sites, calling on the Arab and Islamic countries to move hard and firm to stand against these abuses, calling for the parliaments of Arab countries to rally the international position that the Iraqi Council of Representatives to move on Arab and Islamic parliaments for this purpose.

He gave MP Furat al-Tamimi a statement on behalf of the Committee on Agriculture, Water and marshes about the crisis of water scarcity and its implications, stressing that the Commission previously warned of the existence of water scarcity with the importance of the work on the formation of an official delegation to approach the neighboring countries regarding water releases alluding to the Committee to host a number of officials concerned in order to address the problem.

In another matter, Sheikh Hamoudi, first deputy chairman of the House of Representatives announced the arrival of a letter from the Council of Ministers to withdraw the laws approved by the previous government with the exception of laws approved by the current government projects, noting that the House of Representatives has already sent at the beginning of the legislative session inquiries to the government regarding the laws and answered the need all existing laws and legislation with the Council, but the government asked for a year after the withdrawal of the laws that have been approved.

Mr. First Deputy President of the Council and thanked the ladies and gentlemen of Representatives and the committees concerned to finalize the law.

On the other hand, Sheikh Hamoudi that the Investment Authority and some blocks and 30 deputies asked to postpone the vote on the draft second amendment bill to the Investment Law No. 13 of 2006 of the sensitivity of the issue of investment and its importance, calling the ladies and gentlemen of Representatives to submit their comments to the Committee on before the vote on the law after the Eid al-Adha .
