Fourth, work with friendly countries to finance infrastructure projects, soft loans or payment term.
Fifth: activating the role of the Supreme Economic Committee instructive cadres and experts and specialists charged with collaboration with relevant ministries and institutions and stimulate investment and reconstruction and the role of the private sector and prepare the required draft laws to tackle the economic crisis policy.
Sixth: To create the atmosphere by the federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government to continue the dialogue and solidarity to defeat terrorism and Daash and receive an official delegation from the provincial government to Baghdad to discuss and resolve the outstanding issues between them.
