{Baghdad: Euphrates News} House of Representatives began discussing a draft accession of the Republic of Iraq to the international Convention on the Law Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea.
According to a parliamentary source told {Euphrates News} "The parliament began discussing the draft law after it decided to make the debate and the closing of the accounts of the Republic of Iraq in 2007 is open, and it was decided to postpone the reading."
It includes parliamentary agenda the first reading of the closing of the Republic of Iraq to the 2007 accounts, and the first reading of the draft law accession of the Republic of Iraq to the Convention on the international regulations for preventing collisions at Sea and the laws of Okhry.anthy
