[ltr]He accused a member of the Foreign Relations Committee, the parliamentary Mithal al-Alusi, on Monday, the government of being unable to see the need for laws and frequency affect the work of the parliament.[/ltr]
[ltr]He said committee member Mithal al-Alusi's / balances News /, "The Parliament is prescribed laws that come from the government and in turn inform the representatives of the people they need these laws and then enforce the law, whether agricultural, industrial or political or judicial."[/ltr]
[ltr]He said al-Alusi, that "Parliament is the enactment of all laws sent by the government, and he did not hesitate in its legislation, but the government is hesitant and reluctant and inefficient, and not in the House of Representatives."[/ltr]
[ltr]He noted a member of the Committee, that "the government is sending half of the law to the parliament and the veto in the Council," stressing said that "the government is unable to see the need for laws and frequency thus affects the work of the parliament."[/ltr]
[ltr]It is said that the government had withdrawn earlier in the number of bills from the House of Representatives under the pretext of holding Altaadislat Alleha.anthy[/ltr]
