Wasit (IraqiNews.com) -The security forces succeeded in arresting (45) defendants and two gangs in addition to dismantling two improvised Explosive Devices in Wasit province.Security source told IraqiNews.com on Tuesday ‘The police patrols of Wasit province arrested (14) defendants according to the article (4) of Anti- Terrorism law and arrested ten others in various areas of Wasit province.””Another security force managed to arrest two gangs, specialized in robbing commercial shops in Suera and Zubidiya areas,” the source added.”The police patrols dismantled two IEDs in Suera area,” noting that “The same force arrested (21) persons accused of trafficking drugs, and confiscated the drugs found in their possession in Wasit province,” the source pointed out. \END\
