MP for the Kurdistan Alliance, Mohsen al-Sadoun said the Iraqi constitution is to govern relations in the work of the federal government.
Sadoun said in an interview for "direction Press" that the Constitution governs the work of the federal government and the relations between the political parties, whether things concerning the Territory or the provinces that are not associated with the province.
He pointed out that there are interruptions to the relationship between the center and the Kurdistan due to the non-application of some of the agreements stipulated in the Iraqi constitution, pointing out that the most important outstanding issues between Baghdad and Erbil, the problems are the oil problem, because of the enactment of the oil bill in the House of Representatives and exacerbated these things until I reached the relationship between the parties to the stage of the big challenges in the face of terrorism, which occupied some cities in Iraq.
He added that the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi and since taking office has not created any crisis, but at the same time could not cope with the crises between the federal government and the government of Iraqi Kurdistan, pointing out that despite meetings between Baghdad and Erbil officials, but the problems are still on hold until now.
