    Economic Analyst: entry of foreign investments to Iraq depends on the provision of safeguards for the investing companies

    BAGHDAD / WAP / economic analyst Hatim Alboati, that the entry of foreign investments to Iraq, subject to the provision of guarantees for these companies, and that this leads to revive the Iraqi economy.

    Added Alboati to Baghdad International News Agency / WAP /, that "Iraq is economically underdeveloped countries in the region, so the entry of foreign investments to Iraq with providing guarantees to foreign investors will improve in economic reality."

    He pointed out that "the Iraqi economy needs improvement to foreign expertise and sophisticated equipment and factories universal, and we also need to develop depends on the growers and the many ways of experiences and improved foreign seeds."

    He said the "Iraq needs foreign expertise through investment to develop all sectors, as the security situation in Iraq is playing a major role in delaying the entry of investors to Iraq, because to maintain investors' money as well as lives one of the main guarantees they require to enter the Iraqi market."

    He explained, that "there provinces in Iraq stable security For local governments to invite foreign investors to go to it because when Baghdad or Anbar or Mosul is Mstaqrat security, it does not mean that Iraq is stable as a whole, but there are provinces with a large security stability."

    He stressed that "investors need to secure their lives from terrorist attacks, and this is determined by the Investment Law through the paragraph be present in the contents as well as insurance against natural disasters and insurance against loss of the project by carrying the state for part of the loss goat infected by the owner of the project."

    And continued Alboati that "the large number of guarantees provided by the government encourages foreign investment in Iraq, as the current investment law did not make any effort for the advancement of the reality of investment in Iraq." / End 2
