    Anbar province, the Council stressed that "the proportion of mass in the city of Fallujah, because of the military operations to flush out the terrorists of 20%, in the face of all the service departments rehabilitation projects and services by the return of displaced persons to their areas.
    A member of the security committee in the Anbar province see Barakat al-Issawi in a press statement "that" mass ratio caused in Fallujah as a result of military operations during cleared of the elements of battles (Daash) does not exceed 20%, "noting the need to restore all the service departments to the city and the immediate rehabilitation services and raise the remnants of war before the return of the displaced. "
    He said al-Issawi, said "the local police forces and the Directorate of Civil Defence and departments of electricity, municipalities, water, roads, bridges and the Directorate of Traffic and other circles have returned to work in Fallujah and is working to raise the rubble and debris of war of the elements (Daash) with keeping the liberated land by the army and police of Fallujah and fighters of the tribes."
