A spokesman for the Council 's peace Ajami Halbusi, on Sunday evening, said that " theproportion of mass in the areas of Fallujah after cleared of elements (Daash) amounted to nearly 30% due to the terrorist operations of theorganization."
He Halbusi, " The organization Daash terrorist used thousands of improvised explosive devices and hundreds of bombs , the wheels did not stop at this point , " he said , adding "booby - trapping the regulation of the homes of employees of the army, police and tribal leaders andall those who thought criminal organization opposed the destruction of government buildings and service projects."
He Halbusi, said that " the Government of Anbar and Fallujah Council will work to raise the improvised explosive devices and booby - trapped buildings and address the lifting of all remnants of war left the organization in Fallujah," he said . "Work onthe rehabilitation of city services in order to facilitate the return of displaced persons to their areas."
In contrast Defense Minister Khaled al - Obeidi, announced that the majority of Falluja in Anbar province , areas uninhabitable after its liberation in full.
He said al - Obeidi, in its note to him on the (Twitter) "about 90% of Fallujah safe and habitable because we Bagtina Daash where they could not be destroyed , as happened in Ramadi and Sinjar."
He was commander of the liberation of Fallujah operations Lt. Gen. Abdul - Wahab al - Saadi, announced Sunday morning, theliberation of the entire city and the end of military operations in the city. Ended (1)
