    After the liberation of Qayyarah air base three days (south of Mosul), and the progress made by Iraqi forces in that region, and Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter arrived in the capital Baghdad, a visit is the second of its kind,

    in the eight months after his last visit to Iraq in December 16 last first.    Upon his arrival to Baghdad, Carter declared send home 560 US troops to Iraq, the largest number declared by the US administration since the start of operations against "Daash", bringing the number of US military personnel in Iraq to the 4647 military, where he published a large number of these forces in Qayyarah Airport , according to local newspaper "New York Times".
