    After the liberation of Qayyarah air base three days (south of Mosul), and the progress made by Iraqi forces in that region, and Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter arrived in the capital Baghdad, a visit is the second of its kind,

    in the eight months after his last visit to Iraq in December 16 last first.
