    Opened by Foreign Minister Ibrahim al -Jaafari, the Iraqi Foreign Representation Office in Basra province, and pointed out that Kuwait will hold a conference of donor countries to support Iraq, and as he emphasized that foreign and Arab countries have expressed their willingness to cooperate with the country, revealed that Kuwait has delayed Iraq 's debt for three years. 
    He said Foreign Minister Ibrahim al - Jaafari, at a news conference in Basra province , the building, on thesidelines of a meeting with the consuls of countries in Basra, attended (range press), " the consuls ,representatives of US, Russian, Iranian and Kuwaiti and Egyptian for their countries have expressed their willingness to cooperate with Iraq and in the southern city of Basra , " and expressed, hope "open more consulates and diplomatic missions in the province of Basra , " .sv Jaafari, for "join Consul Iraqis working in Basra after the opening of an office of the Iraqi Foreign Representation in the province to work on providing facilities for Iraqi auditors to ratifications abroad rather than a review of the capital Baghdad , " calling " Turkish Consul to join Baknsalith to work in Basra because of mutual interests between Iraq and neighboring regional and world countries. " 
    the foreign minister stressed that" Kuwait undertook to establish a conference to support Iraq like theWashington conference of donor countries , which give Iraq more than two billion dollars , "he said , adding, that "Kuwait has announced the approved debt in the United Nations to postpone for three years due to thecircumstances experienced by Iraq." 
    for his part , praised the governor of Basra Majed Nasraoui, during the conference, as " a step the State Department at the opening of Foreign Representative Office to the need of the southern region of ratifications , especially for documents that obtained by the Iraqis expatriates and they will represent the Foreign Ministry in front of the consulates of countries located in the province to facilitate the lifting of the diplomatic level ofcoordination . "the Foreign Minister Ibrahim al - Jaafari met during his visit to the province of Basra with US Vice Consul Russian and Iranian Consul, Egyptian and Kuwaiti governor of Basra , in the Office of theprovince, while stressing the need to open the prospects for diplomatic cooperation between Basra and Arab and foreign countries.
