Congratulated the Secretary-General of the Iraqi Islamic Party, Ayad al-Samarrai, "the sons of the Arab and Islamic nation General, and the Iraqis dear them private, on the occasion of Eid al-Adha, wishing them full security and prosperity of life."

"
