    Committee passed the parliamentary finance know, that the current parties in control of central bank sales in the foreign exchange auction, stressing that these parties get 450 billion dinars per month from the sale of the dollar on the black market teams.

    The committee said that "the corrupt parties take the dollar from the central bank in the currency auction sale agreement with the influential Bank and sells through companies and banks affiliated."

    The Commission added that "the sale of currency teams of up to 450 billion dinars, and most of them are shared between these parties and influential at the central bank, pointing out that the state can not do anything about them, because they are backed by the parties in power."
