vaccinated and the Ministry of Agriculture , nearly 79 thousand head of cattle, buffalo, sheep and goats against disease (lumpy skin inflammation), within the free campaign launched this month.
Director of International Relations and Information Department, Ali Abd al - Rahman al -Samarrai between special permit »Sabah» : the Veterinary Department embarked on anextensive campaign to vaccinate cows, buffaloes, sheep and goats against dermatologist, adding that veterinary hospitals recorded during the first week of the campaign , which began this month, vaccinate 78 thousand and 783 head.
He stressed that the veterinary hospitals in all provinces of the country, had begun campaigns free scaling of livestock within the strategies drawn up by the ministry 'sVeterinary Department, to immunize livestock against various diseases , thus contributing to the advancement rate of livestock in the country.
the articulated Samarrai said the campaign , which will run until the 20th of next month, will vaccinate nearly 1.5 million head of cattle and buffalo, and 4.5 million and 500 thousand head of sheep and goats distributed among all provinces of the country except the provinces of Nineveh, Anbar and some unsafe areas in the governorates of Kirkuk and Salahuddin.
on the other hand said Samarrai formation of a central committee to follow up theministry 's campaign acting landfill for post sterilization and contain bird flu disease in thetarget provinces, especially after the follow - up cleaning and disinfecting process fields located within the focus of the pathological sites which saw the destruction of infected poultry process of the
