     Alsumaria News / Baghdad

    confirmed the Municipal Council in the district of Muqdadiyah province of Diyala , Sunday, that the judiciary entered what he called " the era of the second recession," as pointed out that the phenomenon of selling on credit "invade" the domestic market , to the inability to direct purchase because of the deepening economic crisis. 

    Council President Adnan al - Tamimi in an interview with Alsumaria's News, " The Muqdadiyah, which is the second elimination in Diyala in terms of population density after death entered the era of the second recession, which was the result of multiple factors , most notably the economic crisis and the repercussions of the June events in 2014 which have impacted heavily on multiple vital sectors most notably agriculture, industry and trade. " 

    Tamimi said, that " the worsening recession contributed to the invasion of sales on credit markets , local phenomenon largely to the inability of most families to pay their purchases directly because of the deepening economic crisis , which has contributed to raising the unemployment rate is a record over the past months." 

    Tamimi called for " the need to support the adoption of the markets plans by activating the private sector and moving the wheel of investment because it is the only solution in front of the face of the recession , which create great harm to many families." 

    The Muqdadiya passed to " the era of the first recession" between the years 2006-2009 due to acts of bloody violence and armed groups control large areas before security forces succeed editing and restore security and stability.
