The Ministry of Labour to develop a mechanism for those wishing to object on social subsidy

The Ministry of practical and Social Affairs, on Thursday, a special mechanism to citizens who wish to object to the application of social benefit in accordance with the general resolution 2014, with identified special locations to review the results of the objection in different parts of the country.
The ministry said in a statement the agency / information / copy of which was received that "the ministry has formed a committee head in each particular province to receive the objections of citizens on the application of the decision of social benefit and cost the judge shall issue the final decision on those excluded from the salaries of the subsidy," pointing to "near deploy objection form or appeal on the website of the Ministry of Labour later. "
The statement added that "the objection mechanism starting from the beneficiary's receipt of a message when reviewing a smart card outlets indicate excluded from social protection law being undeserved," explaining that "Interceptor encloses arrived smart card with an objection form and then take the adjournment of the committees of the Commission President to consider the objection and the issuance of the final decision of exclusion.
