    Kerry said in a television interview on the sidelines of the Economic Forum held in Davos , said that al - Maliki " the work on the formation of sectarian militias, which weakened the government forces in the face of Daesh." 

    Kerry said in another interview with the Arab television channel, before leaving his post days after, that the formation of such militias , led to a "flight of the Iraqi army from Mosul , which facilitated the fall in the grip of Daesh" he said.




    On Iran, the US Secretary of State reiterated keep imposing sanctions on Iran , despite Tehran 's agreement with the West over its nuclear program a year ago. 

    Kerry said: "We kept the sanctions on Iran because of violating an arms embargo, and missile activities , " stressing that Iran "undermine security and stability in the Middle East."

    Twilight News / John Kerry threw in another interview him as Minister of Foreign Affairs of the US, blamed the former Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki said, he worked on the formation of sectarian militias, which weakened the forces in Mosul in front of them to escape what Daesh easy fall.


     
     He said in a newspaper interview that he "helped Iraq to fight al Qaeda and stand on its feet again," persisting in saying that "the withdrawal of US troops from Iraq was not the reason for the rise Daesh."


     
    "The Iraqi army in Mosul did not feel that it was linked to the people of the city he fled before the militants Daesh," pointing out that "al-Maliki has caused a large part of Iraq's problems and built an army sectarian and divided."
