    He said a spokesman for the Ministry of Labour, "The Minister of Labour and Chairman of the board of the Child Welfare Mohammed Xiaa Sudan may face previously presided over a special meeting of the board stressed the need to develop appropriate plans and mechanisms to support children (victims Daesh gangs) in the liberated areas in collaboration with civil society organizations and UNICEF because the situation in these areas needs to be a lot of basic services that are lacking families in those areas, "he said, adding that" the local government's measures are still below the required level and you need a combination of both governmental and non-governmental institutions efforts for the advancement of children in those areas. " 
    Menem said that "the board of Children had previously held an international conference in collaboration with the Office of the Prime Minister to reduce the recruitment of children under the slogan (to protect the childhood of terror Daesh)."
