    Called the Integrity Committee in the Basra Governorate Council, on Friday, the central government to reveal the legal provisions of the rounds of oil licensing with international companies, noting that the tours file is one of the more mysterious in Iraq files, while considered that a review of liquefied petroleum licenses "pure fantasy."
    Committee Chairman Mohammed Al Mansouri, in a press statement that "the central government is required to disclose the legal provisions of the oil licensing rounds with international companies and what items and shares of the company and the length of time for the end of those contracts."
    Al Mansouri added that "talking about reconsider tours licenses are pure fantasy because of the dominance of these companies on the global oil file and handcuffed Iraqi side strict legal terms."
    And that "tours file is one of the most controversial and mysterious files where the House to talk about administrative corruption worth billions of dollars and can not be ascertained because of the confidential files and lack of information maintained in the previous government."
    He explained that "the provincial council made plans to take advantage of those licenses across bind oil partnerships employ all employees of the Iraqi cadres and forcing partnerships on infrastructure projects near the building in addition to examining the possibility of re-signing of these tours."
