Al-Moussawi: fix depends on the transition towards a market economy

A member of the Parliamentary Committee on the economy and investment Salman al-Musawi: economic development in Iraq cannot be accessed only through the transition from a totalitarian economy to a free economy, pointing out that this issue is complex and simple and require concerted efforts although the Constitution guaranteed this transformation.
