Jabbar Ali Allaibi Iraq's oil minister said on Saturday that the market is a critical factor in making a decision on the extension of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries "OPEC" cuts agreement.
Allaibi said to reporters, "the market will decide. Market is a critical factor."
He added that "Iraq is fully committed to OPEC 's agreement in force with effect from January until the end of June." saj
