    The MP for the state of Jinan law that the state law disputes settled in the Federal Court Act with other political blocs, noting that the law will be forwarded to vote in the coming sessions.



    She's clover (IMN) that "there is a simple legal disputes carried by the law of the Federal Court and resolved the differences between state law and other political blocs in parliament once and for all."



    The pointed out, that "the members of the rule of law have made their observations on the law," adding that "the heads of blocs asked to leave the differences are going to vote during the next few sessions."



    She explained that "there is a political consensus in the parliament in terms of the law and vote to be enacted."



    The Federal Court Act provides control of all the laws that prescribed by the House of Representatives in the case if the violation of the Constitution to be challenged before the Federal Court.



    It is noteworthy that the parliamentary legal committee attributed in August 2011 not to vote on the draft law of the Federal Court for the continuation of the differences between the political blocs.
