Up from the grave he arose

Jesus knows our name and all about our life….do you know about his life and all he did for us?

He hung on the cross for hours. Bleeding. He suffered and felt the human spit from hecklers landing on his body as he hung in pain. His dry parched lips murmured the words, “It is finished.”

He faded. His heart ceased to beat. He flat-lined.

His Mother fell to her knees in devastation. She had watched her beloved precious son die a horrible death.

People in the crowd laughed about Jesus’ final words and his miserable last moments. They were finally rid of the Messiah. Lucifer grinned.Jesus was dead.

The earth trembled and actually shook.

Three days in a dark dingy grave. A miracle is about to happen because he knew we needed him. He sat up, smiled, folded his burial wraps, pulled the stone back and faced the Easter sunrise.
I know beyond a shadow of a doubt my redeemer lives!

Because of Jesus we can have eternal life. But only if we choose him.

“Up from the grave he arose;
with a mighty triumph o'er his foes;
he arose a victor from the dark domain,
and he lives forever, with his saints to reign.
He arose! He arose! Hallelujah! Christ arose!”

Luke 24:46-47 “The Christ will suffer and rise from the dead on the third day, and repentance and forgiveness of sins will be preached in his name.”
