arrived Foreign Minister Ibrahim al - Jaafari, on Tuesday, to the Spanish capital Madrid to represent Iraq at an international conference on victims of "ethnic and sectarian violence."
The office said in a statement yesterday that "Jaafari arrived in the Spanish capital Madrid , the official invitation takes a few days to meet with a number of Spanish officials."
The statement said that al - Jaafari "will represent Iraq at the international conference on victims of sectarian and ethnic violence be hosted by the capital Madrid , with the participation of a large number of countries in the world."
