Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Iraq condemned using the chemical weapons in Syria calling for conducting neutral and transparent investigation over this crime.
A statement was issued by the office of the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, received by IraqiNews.com over reports concerning death of hundreds of people in areas under opposition’s control near Damascus in due to chemical weapons where the Syrian Government was accused of being behind the attack while the government denied these reports strongly.
The statement assured “We received with great concerns the reports over a number of Syrian citizens in due to such attacks.”
“As we call for conducting transparent investigation over the possibility of using chemical weapons, we denounce such tragedy and we hope it to be a stimulation to find a solution for the Syrian people to save these from these crises,” the statement concluded.
