    It revealed the Lebanese newspaper "The News", about abortion Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi project to criminalize the first row in the crowd popular leaders of the International Criminal Court, pointing out that al-Abadi was able to convince the project funded countries permanently close it.



    The newspaper said in a report seen by the "Sky Press", "Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi miscarried a project that aims to criminalize the first row leaders in the popular crowd at the International Criminal Court, having spotted several countries of huge amounts of money for it, and enlisted a group of activists and Iraqi dissidents to take over the task ".



    She explained that "the story of the criminalization of leaders began with the formation of a team comprising a number of activists in the field of human rights (opponents of the government), in addition to other characters, (they were able to collect evidence and documents condemning the popular crowd violations committed during the liberation operations waged during the past three years) ".



    The paper showed that "when the file is nearing completion and submission of the International Criminal Court, considering that Iraq is not a member of the Court has not ratified so far the Rome Statute, informed the relevant government departments such moves, making the latest in a great embarrassment, given the time factor and the seriousness of the file , and the possibility of condemnation of the government itself. "



    The paper said that "Abadi hastened to shorten the time factor to move on the line-funded program team states (where he held several days of contacts with those countries on the decline in this matter)," explaining that "countries promised Abadi, close the file before they fulfill their promises already shut it down completely" .
