Seven years' imprisonment for managers in two years of integrity

According to the Federal Supreme Court, on Wednesday, that it considered the constitutionality of a lawsuit since with 41 earlier this year, pointing to the resolution of 38 of them during the same period.
The director of the claims department in a statement received «morning» on a copy of it: The «Court has considered since the beginning of this year (41) constitutional suit» and added that «all claims have been resolved except three have been postponed to the hearing coming in the middle of this month».
On the other hand, the Integrity criminal court sentenced seven years in prison against two managers in two years of the Integrity Commission on charges of harming public money.
The official spokesman of the Supreme Judicial Council Judge Abdul Sattar Bayraktar in a statement received «morning» copy of it on Wednesday: The «Criminal Integrity court in Rusafa issued a verdict against two former general managers in the Integrity Commission was sentenced to seven years», adding that « the court issued its decision based on the provisions of Article 340 of the Iraqi Penal Code for the crime of harming public money », and drew Birqadr to that« in absentia verdict being the fugitives have been issued arrest warrants against them , which is subject to challenge discriminatory according to the Code of criminal Procedure. »
