The Federal Court announced on Monday, the resolution of 25 constitutional proceedings since the beginning of this year, pointing out to give them important constitutional principles.
The spokesman of the court Ayas al-Samuk, in a statement followed by Alsumaria News, "The Supreme Federal Court has resolved since the beginning of this year 25 constitutional proceedings."
"The court has established important constitutional principles through this lawsuit, some relating to the rights of lecturers in universities, legal defense, constitutional mechanisms for the distribution of oil wealth, and appeal against the provisions of the Federal Court of Cassation and other matters.
He pointed out that "the rulings of the Federal Supreme Court are binding and binding on all authorities in accordance with Article 94 of the Constitution."[/size][/h3]
