TEHRAN (Reuters) - Iran expects crude oil production to reach 4 million bpd by the end of 2017 as the OPEC member seeks to increase output after years of international sanctions, the deputy oil minister said on Wednesday.
"By the end of 2017, we hope production will reach 4 million bpd," said Amir Hussein Zamani Nia, deputy minister of oil for trade and international affairs, in a statement to reporters in Istanbul.
