Description Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, Iraqi President Jalal Talabani as a symbol of cooperation between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Iraq, and wished him a speedy recovery.
Zarif told during a meeting Sunday with Iraqi Vice President Khodair al greetings from the President of the Republic to him, considering the positive developments in Iraq, especially the municipal elections as strengthen democratic institutions in this country.
He expressed the hope that Iraq and Iran can through intellectual cohesion to give priority to rationality and decision-making on important regional issues, especially Syria must play a significant role and response to the escalation of extremism and sectarian sedition.
