    He went on to say, in the southern provinces, despite the existence of relative safety and the presence of financial sources, but the rate of poverty is very high, especially in the city of Basra.
    Al-Tamimi praised the biometric system of salaries approved in the Kurdistan Region, where it can benefit from this system in the rest of Iraq, too, to prevent imaginary grades.
