    [ltr]Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Tuesday reiterated his country's support for the Iraqi government by taking all necessary steps to preserve the unity of the country and prevent all threats to civil peace.[/ltr]
    [ltr]"Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi received a telephone call from Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan," Abadi's office said in a statement. "Erdogan congratulated the Iraqi people on the impressive victories of the terrorist gangs, especially the liberation of Mosul and the rest of the cities. "He said.[/ltr]
    [ltr]Erdogan praised the "distinguished leadership role of the slaves and the importance of starting a new stage for the cohesion and unity of all Iraqis," pointing out "the position of Turkey rejecting the referendum in Kurdistan."[/ltr]
    [ltr]He stressed "his country's full support for the Iraqi government and all its steps to preserve the unity of Iraq," pointing out "Turkey's keenness to coordinate with Iraq for the security and stability of the region."[/ltr]
    [ltr]For his part, Abadi stressed that "the unity of efforts among all components of the Iraqi people was an important reason for the victories," stressing the need to "complete the liberation of all lands from the clutches of terrorism."[/ltr]
    [ltr]He stressed "the importance of coordination among all countries in the region to eliminate terrorism of all kinds," noting that "the position of the Iraqi government is clear to take all the steps necessary to preserve the unity of the country and prevent all threats to civil peace."[/ltr]
