MP of the Kurdistan Islamic Group, Ahmed al-Haj Rashid, said on Monday that three Kurdish blocs will attend the parliament session today to deliver a speech within the Council on the late President Jalal Talabani.
"The Union, the Islamic Group and the Change Movement are holding a meeting in the parliament building now and the issue of attending the parliamentary sessions will be deliberated or not," Rashid told Mawazine News.
He added that "a condolence council will be held for former President Jalal Talabani within the parliament building," pointing out that "most views indicate the return of the three blocs to the meetings of the Council through today's session or the next session."[/ltr]
